Evergreen Memorial Park was
founded in 1872 by a group of civic leaders seeking a place of peace and beauty
for families to choose as a final resting place for themselves and their loved
ones. It continues to be managed today
by an elected Board of Trustees, guided by the philosophy to uphold basic
traditions.
Under careful direction of the
Board of Trustees, the dedicated management of this non-profit organization is
assured. Lasting beauty and excellent
maintenance is assured through a Perpetual Care Fund to which twenty percent of
net proceeds of space sales are applied, up to a maximum of $20,000 per year.
